Terms of Service

Tower Holdings LLC and its brands (On-Time Mobile Car Detailing, Done Right Mobile Car Detailing, Clean&Shine Mobile Car Detailing) provide mobile automotive detailing at the customer's location. Quotes are based on the vehicle description provided and may be adjusted on site if the vehicle's size or condition differs.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. The customer must provide access to the vehicle and a safe place to work.

Payment is due when the service is complete, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Customers must disclose existing coatings, damage, or aftermarket finishes. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for issues caused by undisclosed coatings or treatments.
